YOUNG VOLUNTEERS AT COH THIRUKKOVIL

Following a mission and ministry youth service held during the 40 Days of Purpose at People’s Church, a group of young volunteers from the congregation visited our Center of Hope in Thirukkovil together with members of the Acts 29 team. The young volunteers assisted in the regular work carried out at the Center of Hope in Thirukkovil, which included a monthly Kidz Klubz meeting for November (attended by 150 children from the area), clearing the garden of the community center, helping out in the kitchen, and visiting families in the nearby village of Kudinilum. The volunteers returned to Colombo with a renewed perspective and sense of purpose in their lives.
